Aaron Cole was fantastic. He arrived on time, listened carefully to all of my questions (and I had a lot), and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I’m still learning how the setup works, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient—truly a great teacher. By the time he left, I felt confident and fully informed. Scheduling was quick and easy, and I was able to get on the books within about a week. Highly recommend, especially if you’re moving into a new place.

My technician was Newman. He was on time. He called to let me know that he was on his way. He was on time. He was very cautious on the phone when he spoke with me. He got his job done in a very timely manner. I really appreciate this company. You guys are the best company that I have ever appreciated so much. Your staff is awesome. We are hosting Thanksgiving. Imagine my shock when I go to prep the dining room and neither of the light switches turn on the light. This was Saturday. I checked the bulbs and had my husband try the switches. I left a request for service on their site and immediately got a response. I set up an appointment for Tuesday because I had meetings all day Monday. In case it was the light itself, I bought a replacement light. The rep who came was professional and prompt and worked out the electrical quirks of this 35-year-old house. And hung and connected the new light fixture.
