Friendly, experienced, patient and knowledgeable. Great with my 2 dogs. I had some problems with getting an emergency appointment and than after waiting for 6 weeks for a maintenance appointment, was asked to wait an additional month. I hope in the future that will be better.
I called Raleigh heating and air during a couple week span of 100°+ temps, so you know they were busy! It was a fan that had died within my condenser therefore I had no ac at all. The repairs were under warrant so it was a minimal (diagnosic) expense. What I appreciated here was the open and prompt communication from RH&A. They told me I’d hear before the tech showed up, they sent several confirming texts and followed through with the expectations they set. Once the tech arrived (Travis Webb) the service was great. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within minutes. Travis was kind and courteous! I would recommend RH&A to anyone!
Our unit was making a rattling noise and we were due for one of our seasonal inspections. I called Air Experts and explained what was going on and what we needed. 24 hours later, a technician was ringing the doorbell. Tyler was a fantastic technician. He was friendly and walked me through everything he did when finding and fixing the part that was vibrating. He even showed me what was causing it and allowed me to watch him re secure the loose panel. For the inspection part, he washed off the unit, gave me a run down of what he checked and what the results were and he went ahead and gave us a new filter. Air Experts has been a great company... We hired Raleigh Heating & Air to replace an air conditioner at one of our rental properties. The unit they replaced it with was damaged during install, and was not installed properly. When we called to complain the company sent someone out and inspected it and apologized, and replaced the unit with a new (better) one, hired a painter to paint a wall that was damaged and gave us a discount on the overall price with sincere apologies. They told us they had terminated one of the employees who did the first install and the other was receiving disciplinary action. Even though our initial experience was not positive, I was happy they were able... We hired Raleigh Heating & Air to replace an air conditioner at one of our rental properties.
