Call Dad

Raymond, was very helpful and professional. He help me understand a lot about my system didn't know about. He also helped me with a very reasonable price, for what was happening with my HVAC system. Especially with the cold weather approaching it really helped. Very pleased these guys always come out gone a live and beyond helping me since I've owned the system.

Murphy is a good guy. Very clear and communicating. Spent a couple hours first doing a regular maintenance and then trying to troubleshoot a potentially big issue which turned out to be simplest thing at all. Honest guy; thank you.

Jeremy N was our technician for a regular seasonal maintenance visit yesterday. I was thankful that he was very thorough in checking out the heating side of our HVAC system and because the weather was so warm he was able to check the cooling (AC) side and made sure it was work at top efficiency. He was very kind and respectful. Everytime he came through the house to the thermostat he put on cloth shoe covers so he didn’t track any thing on his boots. Thanks Jeremy for a nice visit and lots of peace of mind.

My heat was not coming on. I tried a few simple checks and could not get it to start so I called a few places, but they were unable to come out until the next day or later. I called Call Dad and they came out within a couple hours of my call. Hadden diagnosed the issue pretty quickly and had the heat up and running in no time. He seemed knowledgeable and checked out the a/c while he was here also. Hadden was polite and professional and advised me of some tips to keep my system up and running smoothly. I recommend giving them a call if you have an issue.
