Orlando was at the gas station we stopped at. My gas ca would not come off and we needed someone to help. I walked over to him because I loved the company name and needed to see if he had a set of pliers we could borrow. He graciously offered to take a look and help us out. He was so nice and helpful! You have a wonderful employee and should be proud of him! Thanks again Orlando!!
Carson was fantastic! He arrived promptly (with advance notice he was on his way), quickly diagnosed our 28-year-old heating system as beyond economical repair, and clearly explained the issues in terms I could easily understand. He was professional and personable, and completely transparent throughout the process - even putting the office on speakerphone while they prepared our estimate and financing paperwork. No shady, private upselling conversations! The estimate for a new unit was fair, and he took care to reassemble everything properly until the install team arrives tomorrow. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for future HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or any other repair needs. Highly recommend!
Julio our estimator was excellent in his genuine and caring demeanor, then techs Josh and his other installer(forgot his name but please send a bonus his way!) did awesome with the install! Very helpful, polite and great in their problem solving. Then Luke also did a good job changing out our old electrical to match the new system! Finally when I couldn’t figure out an issue the next day Justin came by to sort it out! Appreciate all your hard work and thank you for caring for our home guys!
