Aidan and his team were absolutely outstanding. On time, courteous and performed an exemplary job. We have an old house with the original spigots from 1976 and they were leaking. They were concreted into the brick and needed to be replaced. Needless to say they confronted the job with precision and were thorough in testing to make sure everything was running smoothly. We absolutely would not recommend another plumber!
Aidan and his Associate (forgot to get his name) both were very professional and thorough. They found the "problem" quickly and I was able to speak to City Of Raleigh Water regarding City Of Raleigh mistake and they have credited our bill for the cost of having Optimal Plumbing solutions come out. If it was not for Aidan and his Co worker, I would have assumed the issue was on our end but their thoroughness and professional detailed explanation helped and I would recommend them, and also use them again when I do actually have a real plumbing problem. I thank them wholeheartedly for how professional they were.
Aiden was extremely professional and communicated as he was going which was very helpful considering I had no idea what he was talking about. He also seemed to be really on top of training the guy that was with him. I could tell he felt it was really important to do everything right and not to skimp on any steps. Both guys very very polite and willing to answer any questions I had about future projects, ensuring that we will be booking them in the future as we continue with the renovations of our new home.
We had our tankless (on-demand) water heater flushed and serviced.. The technician was thorough, took the time to explain what he was doing, and clearly knew his stuff. He didn’t rush, answered our questions, and made sure everything was cleaned properly. The whole experience felt professional and straightforward. I would absolutely use this company again and recommend them for tankless water heater maintenance.
The office and the technician Aaron were professional, informative and friendly. Aaron was thorough. Our old tankless was damaged due to weather. Optimal came the same day. They bypassed so we could have water to flush toilets, wash hands and cook. They had the new unit installed the next morning. Aaron showed us the new unit and explained everything. I received email invoice with pictures of old and new unit as soon as he finished.
