Cape Fear Air, Electric & Plumbing replaced my HVAC unit and ductwork in Feb 2025. They gave me a fair price. The guys that did the installation showed up when promised and finished the job as promised. Bobby C did our one year maintenace and he did a great job and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this company.
I have been very pleased with the employees of Cape Fear Air. Josh was our project manager and was very thorough in explaining our options for a new HVAC. JJ and Justin were the installers of our new unit and they took care of us as well. They were at our home at the scheduled time, laid down sheets to protect our floors, and cleaned up afterwards. We felt respected.
I have been a customer for a couple of years now including a full AC/heating system installation and regular maintenance. Cape Fear staff are always friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to try to keep you happy. They offer good service / expertise at a reasonable price. For system installations, they stand behind their work ensuring that everything is working as expected and resolving any issues. For maintenance, they have some excellent technicians (Bobby, Kevin, and others). They are quick to respond, and keep you updated with arrival times. The technicians are well trained in their craft and are able to resolve a host of different issues and offer practical advice on any next steps. I have worked with a lot of HVAC companies in the area and would recommend Cape Fear. They strike the right balance of quality, professionalism and price. Additional Notes: - For installations they normally offer Trane products, but can install most brands - I had a Trane 17 Multi-Speed AC and Trane S9X2 furnace installed
We recently had a new HVAC system installed, complete with all new ductwork. The entire process was a great experience with Cape Fear. Our project Manager Josh was wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable and helped us find the best solution for our needs. The crew was excellent, and our new system is amazing. You will not go wrong working with Josh and Cap Fear Raleigh!

Josh Pitts provided a detailed cost estimate, thoroughly answered our questions and ensured we felt comfortable with all the options/solutions without pressure. Pricing was competitive--we evaluated quotes from 4 HVAC companies. All the employees were knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Top notch customer service!
