Dan came and did a great job. Was it expensive? Yeah. But the professionalism displayed by Dan made me feel better. I know RainSoft is more expensive than other companies - but having a trustworthy, professional rep work with us was worth the extra cost to me.
We were so happy with Dan and his knowledge. We couldn't have asked for a better technician. Actually he was the young man that installed the unit and he went above and beyond our expectations.We are very pleased with Rain Soft!!
Was very pleased with service. Water softener seems to be working fine now. Seemed to be a little pricey though. Wish Dan had taken the door off of the top control as I can't open it far enough to read any instructions. There is a laundry tub and salt tank blocking being able to open door very far. Would like him to come back and remove the door
RainSoft of Northern Michigan provided excellent service and products. We received a quote for a new arsenic tank, rebuilding our current one, and an Ultrefiner II on October 8, 2025. They also provided prompt arsenic test results on August 7, 2024, and October 6, 2025, demonstrating their commitment to water quality. We were especially impressed with their quick turnaround time, as they were able to complete the installation the same week we decided to move forward. The installers were friendly, respectful of our home, and consulted us on our preferences throughout the process. They were in and out in just around 3 hours, which was surprisingly fast given the amount of work involved. We appreciate their professionalism and the comprehensive solutions they offered for our water treatment needs. Highly recommend!
