American water was highly recommended to me and I’m happy they were.Neil came to my house for a new water softener system installation quote. He was on time for our appointment and was very kind and knowledgeable. He gave me a written estimate and when I agreed with the quote he left and told me he would call me within an hour (and he did which I appreciated) to set a date and time for the installation. I received a text on the installation date telling me that my technician Neil was on his way, when he got here him and Jason got right to work and was done in a couple hours.
