Rainbow Vacuum Authorized Distributor

Purchased our first rainbow product, yesterday! Honestly, I had been looking into it for some time and was attracted to sellers online because of the cheaper prices. I am so glad that I chose Mr. David, instead. I did purchase a refurbished older model that has a FIVE YEAR WARRANTY. No one online was offering that. He is so knowledgeable and will give you his honest opinion, not just sales pitch. Him and his lovely wife REALLY do provide gold standard customer service. It feels better knowing that I made an “investment” with someone who not only cares about the product but his customers also! I would recommend anyone even thinking about getting a rainbow to stop by and see Mr. David!!!!

David is the king of customer service! I expected to leave my machine for repairs and maintenance, but he took care of everything I needed while I waited. He is extremely knowledgeable and never once did I feel he was trying to push unnecessary products on me. I highly recommend David to anyone who needs ANYTHING for their Rainbow! He was even concerned about the heat and wanted me to leave with water or a cold soft drink! What a guy!
