Anything other than 5 stars is a lie. Daniel was the nicest person, communicative, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with for me, someone who normally does all their own work and not someone to call someone out. Very poor communication and scheduling. Earlier in the week, we discussed possible availability on Thursday or Friday, but no appointment was ever confirmed. On Wednesday night, I received a text stating that I had an appointment scheduled for Thursday. I initially said I could not make that time, then tried to rearrange my schedule to make it work anyway. I was then told the appointment had already been given to someone else. We went back and forth trying to confirm other times, and after I provided my availability for next week, I never received another response. Daniel visited me with an issue with my refrigerator freezing had me up and running in about "20 minutes" very satisfied with the results. Excellent customer service highly recommend.

First time using this company, but I will definitely use them again. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable and thorough with the repairs. He handled everything expeditiously and the pricing was fair. It was a pleasure to deal with him and A & R Appliance. *Just hired A&R a second time and was just as pleased with their service as the first time.
