I don’t normally take the time to write a Google review, but I really wanted to share my experience today at Raeed & Son's. I had such a great experience here! I brought in my Nintendo 2DS XL because the battery needed replacing, but the screws were stripped and the case was cracked on the side so I couldnt do it myself. The repair was not an easy job, but the owner did an outstanding job — he carefully removed the stripped screw, took out the glued-in battery, replaced it, and even fixed the cracked plastic near the volume button slider so it now looks flawless. I've brought 3 things over the years to get fixed here. The board out of a monitor, and router both of which needed capacitors. And I brought my phone here today as it needed to get its charging port fixed. Each time he started on them immediately and was done in under 30 minutes at a very reasonable price. I've never left a google review but this is a good business doing honest work for a fair price and it impressed me enough to finally take the time to give them the credit they deserve.

They do not fix anything that isn’t more than a couple years old. Called asked for price range on a reel to reel he refused to tell me just said they go from expensive to very expensive. I again asked for a dollar amount he refused to tell me. I’m not sure what boat these people just got off of by there very small amount of English they speak but they don’t know a thing about electronics. Unless parts are plug and play!

Owned by a great family. The best tech guys in town! They can fix anything and for the absolute best prices! I’ve came here for 10 plus years and will always come back.
