From the first time I connected with Bill over the phone, I immediately had confidence that he was going to fix my garage door problem. He was able to do this efficiently and affordably too. He also spent quite a bit of time answering my detailed questions. At the end of my customer experience I asked Bill if he happened to know of a handyman for hire, because I was so impressed with Bill’s integrity and knowledgeable repair insights. This was easily one of the best customer experiences I have had related to home repairs. My garage door was fixed and works like new. -Tim
