This was the second service received from Rutan Refrigeration for our annual preventative maintenance services including the deep cleaning of the drain line with nitrogen shot, water tested and sprayed chemical treatment onto the pan, scrubbed and wiped the grills. Since Rutan Refrigeration is a Hawaii Energy certified Clean Energy Ally, they provided me an instant rebate of $75 which was very nice. We are very happy with their prompt, quality, and professional services. Strongly recommend to others.

My condenser fan motor went bad on a Sunday evening. Rutan was out on Tuesday and Mike was super professional. Called ahead of time and told me when he was coming and called me when he arrived. Diagnosed the problem quickly and was helpful when I told him that I was working with a home warranty. Rutan was able to work with my home warranty company and got everything done.
