Aloha. My garage door was messed up. The track was off the wall, had broken a broken hinge, and the wire came off the wheel. Called Oahu Garage Doors on Monday, presidents day, sent pics and got an appointment on Tuesday. Just by the pics Ethan with 6ys years experience came at around 2pm and finished by 4pm, give or take. ETHAN IS AWSOME. He came in and went straight to work. Not once did he have to think about what to do. That young man is a Hammah in his profession. Amazed at how knowledgeable he is. I needed to have a new replacement garage door installed due to an aging door that was 30+ years old. Kalei was able to schedule a consultation quickly and in a timely manner. Pan was also able to drop off brochures to help with my application to our HOA for approval. Tyler and Ruffy arrived on time on the scheduled date and were both efficient and professional as well as friendly - answering my numerous questions. The new door and motor are quiet and well built.
