Overall I was pleased with PSI, but I do have one complaint. They were trenching in my backyard and they cut my cable line in two places. Now, it wasn't their fault initially because the USIC guy didn't mark the line like he should have. But when they cut it, they tried to replace the cord a few times to no avail. I was watching them do it and I said multiple times, "Let me call Eagle and they can come fix it." But they were hesitant for some reason to get the experts in to fix the problem correctly. The PSI crew left for the day and I called Eagle, and they came right over and actually fixed the cable. (Like I said in the first place.) However, overall the guys were friendly, Dan Fox was polite, so far a good experience, and my actual cost was $300 lower than the quoted price. I haven't turned my system on yet for the first time, but Dan told me they would come back in this spring and get it hooked up and show me everything.
