Service man Galen was excellent. The huge problem I have is they lied on labor both times Galen was here I was outside talking with him the whole time he was at our property in Newton. The owner said a second person was at our property and charged extra labor charge. We paid the bill but will never use them again. One a business owner lies to me over the phone when both my wife and I were her both times I have a huge problem with that.

So after doing some research (which I should have done before hand) stay away from this place. We bought our house and the sprinkler system needed some work before we could use it this summer. They came out fixed the problem but left a mess and didn't finish the job. One sprinkler is buried in the ground flooding a spot. Another barely comes up and just makes running water down a slight hill. Some sprinklers aren't rotating like they should. When the owner came out to give us back a tool they accidentally took we also wanted the heads back that they replaced because they still worked. They ended up throwing them away but gave us new ones while proceeding to say that we accused them of stealing the old ones (which we never implied that). He then proceeded to cuss at my partner saying that we wanted a discount because we couldn't pay the bill (once again a lie). When we left a review on their Facebook page the owner had the audacity to say that he doesn't always know the morals of the customers he deals with til its too late. What kind of owner even says that about their customers? Once I did some digging I found out that this wasn't just some random incident of a guy having a bad day. Former customers and EMPLOYEES have said that this guy has a bad attitude with a temper. I found out that he gets lawsuits filed on him yearly. All of this, including my review, could have been avoided, and we would have been happy customers had the job been done right with the issues that were brought to his attention resolved in a professional manner. I just don't understand why it has come to this and why it even happened in the first place.
