Milestone Hearth Shoppe

I have must of called and Email several different Shops looking for a stove and collecting prices. This place was by far the cheapest for a stove and install. From the time you walk in the store is nice and clean and some floor models to look at. They have a whole rack of different stoves to look through. I settled for The Evergreen by Lopi took a bit to get seeings had to be ordered but lets face it I don't may shops that keep stock on hand. They kept in touch the whole way from purchase to the date it arrived at the store they were calling to setup install time and day. The install went quick the guys where very Friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and they got out of their way to protect flooring and carpet. After completing install he walks you through the stove and how to operate it. I say if you are in the market shopping around give this place a try and I bet you have the same friendly experience that the wife and I did. The best part was no pressure sale we had the chance to just look around the store with out being bombed with service walking through the door.

I have a 40 year old Lopi stove that is completely off the books as far a replacement parts are concerned. I called Lopi, was referred to the district retailer, who referred me to Milestone, with a half-hearted, “Good luck.” From the moment Milestone’s CSR answered the phone, I knew I was in good hands. She immediately knew what I was describing and asked to call me back. Ten minutes later the phone rang and she had my part. I drove to Salina and brought my blower with me just to make sure. We checked the sensor and then, just to make sure, she checked continuity through the variable switch and found it was bad, too. She disappeared into the parts room and came moments later with a used variable speed switch exactly like mine. We installed both parts, checked them and I walked out having spent less than $25 a very, very happy customer. In case you haven’t figured it out, I would give Milestone my highest recommendation. Their customer service is unparalleled. Thanks so much to the CSR who was so helpful.
