PCS provided a great service. Scott came out, took a look, and saved me some money. Scott told me I didn't need a sweep & the chimney looks good. Then he asked about the company's discounts and I fell into one of the categories saving a little more. I had a great experience with PCS and know you will too. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything about my chimney and unit, offering helpful recommendations and even pointing out what I should keep an eye on in the future. What really stood out was how clean and organized he kept the workspace. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows. Gerald also educated me on best practices for maintaining my unit and chimney, which was so helpful! Plus, we had some friendly conversation along the way that made the whole experience even better. I moved into an older house with an old wood stove that I didn't really trust. I wanted it replaced. I had almost given up after not being able to find a company that would come to where I live. I found Professional Chimney Services by accident and I'm glad I did. Scott arrived on time on the day of my appointment. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things related to fireplaces and wood stoves. He explained everything that needed to be done to get my system up and running. He explained the process and gave me several options to choose from. Once the decision was made and the parts were ordered, Scott and Gerald arrived early on the day of installation. They worked together like a well oiled machine. They got the job done and cleaned up prior to leaving. Scott returned a week later to install a heat shield that he felt was necessary for safety reasons. Scott owns the business and he told me that he treats every customer's home as if it's his own and he would be living there. After watching them work and seeing their attention to detail, I absolutely believe that to be true. It is very rare to find a business, large or small, these days that has that kind of customer service. I will continue to use Professional Chimney Services and I highly recommend them to anyone needing fireplace work. My wife says the new stove is beautiful. It works flawlessly.

Gerald was amazing, kind, and attempted very hard at repairing my fireplace. It took about three weeks to get a technician to my home. However, with COVID and the lack of people working, this is a common issue for all businesses. I did not hold the time delay against them. My only slight complaint was the cost of the assessment of $180. Holly is prompt to follow up on repair cost and updates me on ETA of my part arrivals. Also, inflation is up so the cost to past down to the consumers.
