I can’t say enough good things about this company. No one wants to deal with this process of a burst pipe. We awoke in the middle of the night to water pouring into the master bath, bedroom, and closet from the bath upstairs' frozen and burst pipe. Immediate chaos in first dealing with the issue (shutting off water to the home), then accessing the damage (additional damage to the garage), filing an insurance claim, getting the pipe fixed, and finally calling a restoration company to complete the remediation and possibly a separate company to do the repair. I spoke with multiple companies but due to the severe cold temps and claims they were dealing with, they would take days to weeks come out. Pro Restoration Solutions came out the next day. Dave is a hard working, honest, construction expert who immediately accessed the situation and sent over a quote for BOTH the remediation and repairs. Yes, they can do both! What a relief. From the beginning to the end, this company was so professional. Dave was also great with any and all communication and was easy to work with. He made sure his crew completed the work in a timely manner and if there were any issues, he would resolve them logically, carefully, and professionally. Support your local businesses.
