Was in a desperate need for a plumbing part for a shower valve that wouldn’t turn off. House is old, had no idea who the manufacturer of the faucet was. Walked in here with little hope. The guy behind the counter was friendly, looked the valve and knew instantly who made it, went and got the part I needed, gave me some advice to fix my issue and I was out of there in 5 minutes. Much better than the treatment given at other places I tried.
Second time I went to this place to pick up a nozzle and they gave me the wrong one even when I brought in the actual nozzle and cap. It’s a red cap 0.75 80H and he gave me a black cap .75 80NS. I said it wasn’t the right one and they insisted it was the correct one to use. Costed me two service calls in the past two years.
