I had a great experience with Mobile Rescue. My daughter’s phone became completely unresponsive, and they had it repaired in about 30 minutes at a very reasonable cost. Then, just a week later, she accidentally dropped the same phone and cracked the screen. Once again, they fixed it very quickly and even gave me a discounted rate since I had just been there with the same phone. Now my daughter will be babysitting to pay me back — lesson learned! 😊 Overall, the team was kind, fast, and friendly. Excellent service all around. I would highly recommend Mobile Rescue!

I would never recommend Southington Mobile Rescue to my worst enemy. I had a laptop that had a broken hinge. I went there and Marlon had to contact Shihab to see if it could be repaired. Shihab confirmed he could fix it. I left a deposit to order the part and was able to bring my laptop home since the hinge didn't affect the use. I was contacted when the part arrived and I brought my device in and was told it would take about 24-48 hours. It was there for 5 days and upon picking it up, I was told it turned on once but wouldn't turn on again. I thought it just needed charging but after charging it, no luck. I emailed Shihab at his email address on his business card on December 14th, returned the laptop on December 15th to the store and finally received an email back from Shihab on December 24th saying he was sorry that he never got back to me sooner since that email is not monitored! Then why have it on his business card? Of course I had contacted the store several times in between and each time I could only talk to Marlon who was going to call Shihab to see what was going on and call me back...never happened. I had to do all the calling and then was told it needed a battery. I can't say if a new battery was ever ordered or not, but was told it wasn't the solution. After waiting 3 stressful weeks, I said I want my laptop back now, as is!! Upon picking it up Marlon had the nerve to say I was having an issue powering it up before the hinge was replaced!! The communication with the staff stinks!! If you don't mind playing games and getting the runaround then go to Mobile Rescue on Queen Street in Southington!!!!
