Best in class! Total pros. Spotted problem that two other techs from other companies either missed or simply ignored in an effort to sell a new generator. For the cost of a single fuse and a modest service charge, I saved as much as $15,000.
The technician was patient and methodical in his steps to assess the issue. Potomac generator services’ assess cost is also much more reasonable than most other companies. I was very please with the outcome and would HIGHLY recommend them!!
Definitely recommend this company. I needed some help getting my generator up and running. They were very fast to respond and very quick to get the work done. I was also amazed at how reasonably priced they were. I was expecting the standard $100+ charge to come out and look at it, but nope......$25 because they were already going to be in the area that day. I was blown away right there. They quoted me a very reasonable price for repairs and maintenance and then came in under that because they got the work done faster than they quoted. I was very impressed. I will absolutely use them again should my backup generator need work.
