Recently purchased a new refrigerator from DAD's, and really appreciated their customer service, attention to detail and responsiveness. There were some issues with the fridge out of the box (manufacturing issues) and Sean worked with me for weeks until it was resolved. He was always very helpful in addressing the problems and I knew I could trust that it would be resolved. In the past I have purchased washer/dryers from other stores and addressing any post install issues was a nightmare. With DAD's you get a fair price, great customer service/follow up and the right appliance for your needs.
I love working with DAD'S! This is my third or fourth purchase from them. I never needed them more than this last purchase of a Viking oven to replace my 25 year old Viking. It turned into a nightmare with the oven never heating properly right out of the box. It was 3months of having to deal with Viking and ANOVA, Viking's service provider. Both Viking and ANOVA were horrible to work with, but Alex from DAD'S helped me every step of the way. His patience and perseverance was invaluable. Ultimately, Viking accepted the return of the oven with a full refund and I happily purchased a Wolfe from DAD'S that actually works. DAD'S customer support w... I love working with DAD'S! I was trying to buy a set of appliances. Ms. Lee took me in while she was very busy in a Friday afternoon and spent the time listening to my needs and explained to me the options. She quoted me what I had hoped in great details and effectively. I could see her taking business seriously and honestly. Unfortunately I had to buy for a home out of state and Dad's could not freight that far. If I would buy appliances in DMV area, I would come to this business for certain. Thought to share my experience.
Fantastic business. My home has space limitations and Sean found the best appliances to meet my needs. He explained the pros and cons of the brands and kept contact with me while waiting for delivery. I highly recommend DAD’S.
