Roberto Quiroz and his assistant from Priddy Chimney Solutions provided outstanding customer service during the chimney repair at our home on 01 April 2025. The workers arrived on time ane explained the work as noted in the work order. The work included Chimney Crowns - Single Flue Chimney Crown Replacement, Caulking - Seal Seam Between Chimney and House with Silicone, and Waterproofing - Waterproof Chimney Exterior - Exterior Chimney. I feel very confident in the work and attention to detail the workers displayed that our chimney is repaired from water leaking into our fireplace. Thanks to Priddy Chimney Solutions for providing prompt and... Awesome experience from Priddy. From design to final results, clean, courteous knowledgeable service. Prompt response to questions and concerns and quick turnaround. Highly recommended!!! See the before and after pix below. UPDATE on 2/25/26 Priddy came back to install the new AirX by MF Fire. The install took one hour from start to finish. AirX is an automatic,set and forget rear damper system that reduces the air intake resulting in longer burns and better efficiency. Also, while the flue was opened, the guys performed a sweep!Thanks Priddy for another successful job!

Priddy Chimney was excellent from start to finish. They arrived on time, were thorough in their inspection, and provided great insight throughout the process. I really appreciated how quickly they followed up with a detailed inspection report and how responsive they were to my questions. Highly recommend!

I contacted Priddy to remove an old gas fireplace and install an electric fireplace. Communication was excellent. The technicians were punctual, efficient, and did a nice job. The cost and timeframe were reasonable. I’m very pleased with the result.
