I had a wonderful experience with PoshHaus, Robert was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. Their showroom is beautiful and full of great inspiration for home projects. You can tell they truly care about helping their customers. I highly recommend them.
Rob was very helpful and nice. We bought a table from him and he delivered it the same day in the snow! Great service! We will definitely return to his store.
Quality work, great customer service. Prompt delivery! They really came up big for us in a time of need with a sump pump on a flooded basement. Appreciated!
As a supplier, we entered into a business relationship with Posh Haus in good faith. They placed an order with us, and we fulfilled it promptly and professionally. We have all the documentation to support this transaction, including the purchase order and invoices. The products were delivered as agreed, and we expected timely payment and communication, basic standards in any business transaction.
Unfortunately, that’s not what happened.
After delivery, we reached out multiple times to follow up on payment. We called, emailed, and even sent SMS messages. Not once did we receive a response. No acknowledgment, no clarification, no effort to resolve the matter. It was as if we had been completely ghosted.
We remained patient, assuming there might be internal delays or miscommunication. But weeks passed, and still—nothing. No one from Posh Haus returned our calls or replied to our emails. We were left with no choice but to consider this a deliberate avoidance.
Then we discovered something that made the situation even more concerning: Robert Michael Parisi, who is associated with Posh Haus, has filed for bankruptcy under case #25-10755-KB. This is publicly available information. Given this development, we have serious doubts about ever receiving payment for the goods we delivered.
We are still open to resolving this professionally. If Posh Haus or its representatives reach out to us, we are ready to provide all documentation and discuss a path forward. But as of now, the silence speaks volumes.
To other vendors and suppliers: Be cautious. Ensure you have clear terms, upfront payments, and written agreements. What looks like a promising business relationship can quickly turn into a financial loss if accountability is absent.
We didn’t choose to work with Posh Haus for profit alone, we believed in building long-term partnerships. Sadly, this experience has shown us that not every handshake is backed by integrity.
On my first trip to Posh Haus, I found the store very accommodating. Rob was friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in showing me products while I was in the process of building my house. I appreciated that first impression.
Unfortunately, my experience after making a purchase told a very different story. About 45 days ago, I purchased a tub and tub filler from Rob. We had a long conversation about my project, and I chose to buy from this store specifically because of how helpful they seemed.
The tub filler was given to me in a slightly beat-up cardboard box. Rob told me he had checked it to make sure all the parts were included, so I trusted that and loaded it into my vehicle. Fast forward to this week: my plumber went to install the unit and discovered a key part was missing. The Styrofoam insert for that piece was clearly empty.
When I informed Rob, he insisted he had verified everything was in the box. Instead of taking responsibility, he told me I could purchase the missing part from him for $100 (he said the part normally costs $150). I was shocked—why should I pay again for something I had already purchased? But since I needed the part, I had no choice.
The back-and-forth continued: first, Rob said I could return it for store credit if I happened to “find it.” Then he added another and offered $100 off only if I made an additional $300 purchase in his store.
Buyer beware: if you purchase anything here—especially a floor model—open the box and take pictures before leaving. My concern now is whether the soaking tub I purchased will have its own issues down the line.
Posh Haus gives the impression of being a specialty store, but their prices are no better than large box retailers, and if there’s an issue, responsibility is denied. The quality is nothing unique—it can be found anywhere. What you’re really paying for here is just a niche name, not better service.
They also don't return phone calls and only contact via text message. If you leave a message and they don't like what you have to say, they never return a call.
I will NEVER do business here again. I will also tell anyone who asks me questions about my tub or tub filler about this whole experience and beg them NOT to go here.
If a customer expresses concern or requests something (such a courtesy) the customer is deemed to be wrong, stupid, or unreasonable. Whatever happened to common courtesy and professionalism?
UPDATE! I called to find out manufacturer warranty information or find out if they do anything because the faucet leaks! Right at the top where the handle flips up. Never received a call back. Just confirms my previous statement, they don’t care once the cash is in the till. By the way… I have never found the “missing” piece that I had to pay an additional $100 for.
Update; Still waiting for a call or text letting me know about warranty.
Also, regarding my “budget”. I could have bought the same items from Home Depot and gotten much better customer service. I'm sure they would have assisted me with the defective “leaking” faucet issue. I purchased my items not for the cost but for the personalized assistance I thought I was getting.
