This was a very pleasant experience. We’ve been dissatisfied with our wooden shades from another company for years. The rep from Monadnock Shutter and Shade recommended shutters that look fabulous in our living room. The installation was flawless.
Originally I called Monadnock Shutter & Shade to measure a new drapery rod as I thought my current one was broken. To my surprise, Matt said that this rod can be repaired at a fraction of the cost and I can do it right now!! I was thrilled because it was going to save me an extra trip from Massachusetts. That is fantastic customer service and the repair saved me a lot of money.
This company is friendly & efficient. Matt knows his stuff!! I’m hoping I don’t have issues with my shades again, but if I do Monadnock Shutter & Shade will get my call for help.
