HARBOR FREIGHT: Keene

I recently visited, and while the store itself was well-organized and easy to navigate, I was disappointed that many of their deals require a $29 membership fee. For someone like me who doesn’t buy tools frequently, paying for a membership just doesn’t make sense. That said, I do appreciate the quality and value of Harbor Freight’s power tools, which I’ve found reliable in the past. They have so much to offer. I knew what I wanted ahead of time and preselected my coupons to receive my discount but when I got to the register they didn't register in my purchase. I had to point out the coupon price to the cashier. So beware, even though you preselected coupons, they don't necessarily register to your phone number.

If you are in the market for non-name-brand tools and equipment, this is the place to shop. Everything is priced to sell because it is not as durable or put together as competitors' items.

Beware parking in this lot. You may be stalked and or criminalized while parking in this lot to shop. I was waiting for a Harbor Freight coupon and was parked for a total of 46 minutes when told to leave. LPG or LCG or something of the nature claimed they owned the Harbor Freight and nobody is allowed to park here while shopping. If you want to see evidence it happened 10/30/25 1025am

Harbor freight does it right.store manager came over asked how I was what's going on can I help.always a nice experience at the 'Harbor ! Other retailers should figure out how employees are trained at harbor freight all happy u r buying happy to help.
