My husband Tom and I first spoke with kyle from pool man at costco last winter. When we were ready to purchase a bundle of a pool and hot tub this spring we went to pool man and requested Kyle to work with. Kyle was extremely attentive to our project and always available to answer questions or offer advice.. We highly recommend this business and enjoyed working with Kyle.
Kyle has been so wonderful to work with I’d highly recommend Poolman & Eau Claire Hearth if you are in the market to purchase a hot tub! Kyle has so much knowledge to share when it came to the Hot Springs series and he helped us find the right hot tub to meet our needs! It’s nice to know that whenever I have a question or I run into something I haven’t experienced before he’s just a phone call away! Jake was also very helpful upon delivering our salt system and educating us on next steps. Great staff and excellent customer service! Thank you Kyle & Jake!
We highly recommend the Poolman. Our sales rep. Kyle was awesome. He stayed in touch with us, communicated and everything went smoothly. The staff that installed was excellent. Knowledge of the product and willingness to extend assistance after the sale and installation has been most appreciated. Kyle explained the benefits of the salt water system and was very helpful and very knowledgeable. We will be contacting Poolman for Winterization.
