Jodi was absolutely excellent. She spent time before I even came in to diagnose the issue and walk me through what to do. I brought the unit for her to service and she went above and beyond. She is so knowledgable of all issues softtub, and is generous in her knowledge to help you in all the tips and tricks to avoid any issues with the tub.
Jodi had all the parts needed to fix my Softub, made time for me the same day I called, and was so nice to even throw in clamps, gaskets, etc. for free. I'm so happy my NYE party will include the hot tub! My only concern is that after I looked at my receipt, I don't think she charged enough for labor. I'll be sending along a bump. I'm so grateful for her good service, skills, and cheery attitude!

We needed a repair and it done quickly! Chippewa valley softub service were super easy to communicate! They did the repair super quickly to work with our travel plans. They provided updates on the repair with information and photos which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. Payment was easy through PayPal.
