Would not recommend. Too many issues with products. New vanity soft close hinge not working, new bathroom faucet (Moen) needed new washer ring day it was installed, new shower head (Moen)needed new parts day plumbers installed it then flew off the pipe after a week and was replaced to all metal component shower head. New Kohler kitchen sink returned and replaced due to poor workmanship on the seams and rust, the company they use for Cambria quartz countertop had planned a seam in the middle of an open expanse and thankfully I caught that error. I didn't have any issues with my Ferguson purchases. The staff at Gerhardts were mostly responsive to issues but will not use them again. Kitchen faucet and bath tub hardware ok. One of the tub wall sections had 2 small marks on it but at that point I gave up on higher expectations.

I thought some of the fixtures we got seemed cheap for what we paid for them. We had to replace the kitchen fixtures in less than a year. But the worst was our shower stall. I am 6ft. 1 inch and the top of the shower door is about 6 inches too short. The top of the shower door is sharp and every time I go in the I have to duck down and say some nasty things about Gerhard's. Why didn't they ask us about the height? I didn't think anything could be done because of the way the shower door was attached.
