From the moment I spoke with Jenny and she understood what we needed done. Matt and his coworker I regret not getting his name. Were absolutely amazing, prompt and did a job that was hard, but didn't complain. I would highly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs!!
Plumbing Pros were out today to set my kitchen sink up after a full kitchen remodel. They were quick but still took the time to understand what else was changing as part of this remodel to ensure they left me not only with a sink that worked but also all set up for my dishwasher to be installed easily the next day. I really appreciated that. It was a very good experience and I highly recommend them!!
The guys were today to install a walk-in shower and did a great job. They cleaned up when finished and were very accommodating and friendly. We had them do a water heater a couple of years ago and did a fantastic job then too. Highly recommend!
Couple days before Christmas, plumbing in basement started leaking due to frozen temperatures, most likely. Called the City (Sioux City) since it was flooding the basement and they were able to shut off water into the home but told me that I needed to call a plumber. Initially called another service in town that has been around for a long time and found them to be rather rude so decided to take my money elsewhere where it would be more appreciated. A friend recommended Olibio and his business. Got into contact and set up services with their very nice person handling scheduling. On the day of appointment, had to coordinate with city to bring a new water meter and it all turned out perfectly. Javier and another young man came to the house and handled their business professionally and quickly. City worker was already present and able to turn water back on. Price for repair was very reasonable and I had been very worried due to money recently spent on Christmas. But definitely recommend Plumbing Pros as they provide great service.
