Everyone at Quality Plumbing have been very helpful when I had issues with my water heater. They were over the next day and handled everything. This company always comes through for me. If I could give 10 stars I would. Great plumbing company.
I agreed to pay 95 per hour and an 85 permit fee. The job took 2 hours so I expected to pay about 275 or 300 with tax but Dana would not accept my money. Weeks later I get a bill over 700 with numerous,"fees" tacked on that we did not talk about.
I learned to never hire Quality Plumbing on hourly rate. Get a firm estimate and a signed contract or plan to pay double what you expect
Had hired Quality Plumbing to replace my main stack, replace bathroom piping, and repair a kitchen leak. After 1 plumber showed up, he decided the first 2 jobs were a 2-man job so would have to reschedule. It took him approx. 1.5 hrs. to figure out how it was going to be done. In my opinion, this should have been looked at prior to setting up the job. That was MY bad I trusted they knew what had to be done. What I couldn't believe was the price I was charged for him to look at the job and figure it out! After a gut feeling of them not being to my standard and satisfaction of taking on the job, I hired another plumber who quoted the job and didn't go $1 over, their work was outstanding. NOTE TO SELF...make sure to ask for an estimate and they SEE the job before setting it up to be completed. I learned the first time.
