If only there were negative stars available. I was sent the wrong items in July, when i called to correct the issue the person who answered seemed helpful and said they would call back; they didn't. I called again and got the same person, it was like we had never spoke and again i was told they would call me back and didn't. I then sent an email to customer service requesting a return lable so i could return the item. They asked why I was returning the items and as I stated in my first email i had recieved the wrong post caps. After another week of no reaponse I inquired again and the person responded he was trying to figure out how to do a return postage label. They again asked why I needed to return the item and what it was I needed from them. I responded the only thing I needed was a return label and a refund as i had already found the correct fitting post caps. My last communication to them was 2 weeks ago, i am still waiting for a response.
