They do fantastic work and do not try and up charge you for unnecessary fees and labor. Fair and reasonable quotes that match what is paid when the work is completed. Great crew of skilled, well trained professionals, can’t recommend them enough.
Took in a 2017 Toyota Prius with pretty significant rear end/hatch back damage. The repair itself was covered by at fault driver's insurance and Platinum was extremely helpful in helping me negotiate and understand the insurance processes and cadence. Repair itself, including parts, painting, etc. was very nicely done and car looks and operates like new on the rear end portion.
The crew at Platinum took great care of my 2018 Audi R8. Oil service and other regularly scheduled maintenance performed. Great communication and very confident the work was done by highly qualified technicians. Thanks again!

Jeremy went above and beyond advocating for me with the insurance company—he was determined to make sure no corners were cut and that I got my car back exactly how it should be.
