When the change of hands passed on to family we were confident Eric and Richard would continue to provide the best service possible. They have continued to advance communications with customers providing message reminders about appointments and keeping them informed as to progress of repairs. Solid and honest auto repair shop. I’ve been taking my vehicles to B&N over 15 years. They never let us down. Eric is great, so is Richard. If they aren’t 100% on something they simply won’t do it. It’s hard to find a ship like this these days.

I had an issue with my HVAC. They provided an estimate and had good communication. They exceeded my expectations and the car was repaired timely and for less than the estimate. Will do business again with them.

We've been living with those dull headlights for many years. Richard, at B&N, told us that they had a technician that restored headlights. I took the car into B&N to have it done. I was somewhat skeptical as I've tried all the home remedies & purchased online kits. Nothing worked. Now, thanks to B&N they look great. Like new & at a very reasonable price.
