This company inspected and cleaned my pellet stove for $322. I felt the purpose of the inspection would be to assess what was wrong, tell me how it needs to be fixed, and provide me with a quote. Instead, they told me I needed to wait 30 days for the quote (it took 50 days), then an additional 30 days for the repair. When it came time for the quote they didn't get enough information during the inspection, so they wanted to send someone out for a "consultation" and charge me another $200. I would not recommend this company because they are slow, they charge for travel at a high rate, and they try to bill people for their inefficiency.
