I purchased a handcrafted classical guitar from Pimentel. I traveled through NM and stopped by with only a bucket list idea. They were so kind. They walked me through the process and a tour of their shop. I selected all the materials and options for the build. A few months later, we arranged for shipment. I was blown away by the instrument. Far better sounding and beauty than any I have played in my 30 years of playing. Was a pleasure to work with and I recommend to anyone interested. This instrument is an inspiration to play!

Horrible service and people just got off the phone arguing with the owner. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND how these people are well liked must be a group of conspiracists. I took my Yamaha guitar in to get worked on and to get adjusted. I was given the guitar back with lots and I mean LOTS of fret buzz and paid close to 200 dollars and waited patiently for a week to pick it up. I called and asked for a refund, was denied drastically and was told to take it back in which was ALREADY taken in a second time upon first arrival. I’m left with a destroyed guitar and taking it somewhere else. Don’t believe me look at the owners attitude when you talk to him, first-impression says a lot. I don’t leave much reviews also so for me to go out of my way…. Also I paid with card.
