We fell in love with this company after having other bath companies, we got an inspection and had a brainstorming session, we learned a lot nobody else went over this information but got to say, important to know . I’d like to mention how patient the designer was we changed the design three times before we settled on a design, and there installation was clean and kept me informed through out the project, however its spectacular thank you prime your entire team is great
Prime Baths of NM did a great job on our walk-in shower conversion. The materials and workmanship are good quality, and it was completed in 2 days. Another plus is that they did the work in somewhat rural NM- over 115 miles outside of Albuquerque. Some companies won't come this far.
We had a great experience from beginning to end with Randy, Gene, Jim, Josh and Anthony. A whole team of honest and genuine professionals. Gene was kind enough to meet with me right before installation so I could borrow the acrylic sample and do some paint matching. Josh and Anthony did a fantastic job on installation, and Jim very graciously rescheduled with me when I had organization issues. Stellar customer service and a brand new fancy bath/shower in the end, we LOVE it! *Bonus* Our material came in within 4 weeks, and installation only took one day - We're very happy we chose Prime Baths!
