Fixed my iPad within an hour! I was thrilled their price was less than replacement and they wrrr friendly and efficient! Will definitely go back with any phone/tablet issues!

I would not recommend going here. They act very sketchy about it payment not letting you see your phone and if it works before payment (they make final purchasing and exchanges final) so that would be a reason why they won’t let you use your phone to see if it works.

Took a phone in for a battery replacement. Initially the repair guys were very nice, and made the repair quickly. However less than 2 hours after the repair was made a pink line appeared on the display. When I took the phone to be checked out and see if there was an issue with the battery replacement, the repair guy working with me was extremely rude and dismissive. They added an additional $200 cost to my repair and refused to acknowledge their responsibility. Stick with Best Buy.
