I came in last week to get my phone fixed. Spoke to Atiff, not only did he give ma fair price but phone was fixed the next day, in fact less than 24 hours. I didn't get charged the overnight shipping for Google Pixel 8a and the phone works amazing. The store is clean and well light with individuals who know what their doing. Also they give a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you Atif and Ali. You guys rock my socks off
Really good place to buy a used unlocked iPhone for good price. They also fixed my old broken phone and helped with data transfer. Very good cellphone store and team in Washington DC. Come here!!
I went to three shops in the area and M2M was by far the best. Honestly the best customer service I've had while visiting the DC area, gave me all the information I needed up front, was quicker then the other stores said they would be, and did an excellent job. You can tell this guy knows what he's doing and values his customers. 10/10
I went to the Apple Store earlier and the technician told me my phone was completely brain dead and couldn’t be fixed. But I came to this Mobile2Mobile, and he opened it up, checked everything carefully, and fixed it perfectly! He was very kind, professional, and honest. I’d definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone with phone issues.
They repaired a broken phone screen for me and had it ready to pick up the same day I dropped it off. Excellent communication, very polite and patient with explaining things that I didn't understand.
