I am in love with my basement and the entire process from start to finish! I am so glad we found Basement Remodeling. Initially, I was worried about having my basement finished because of the time frame and workers being in my home for approximately 2 months, but became less worried after meeting the project manager and designer. Willy and Shanae were the first people we met and were friendly and professional when they came out to our home. They even eased my dog’s anxiety, so I knew we would be in good hands! They also walked us through the whole process and provided weekly updated reports throughout the process. I appreciated the professionalism of the crew each time they came to our home. They honored our request to work after 8am. Another plus was the way they blocked off the entrance into the house directly to the basement with plastic (from ceiling to floor) to ensure dust does not get into your home and as a privacy to your home. I am truly thankful for the entire process and the results are amazing!

The workmanship exceeded our expectations and the entire process - from planning to closing was smooth and stress-free. Eric C. the sales person, listened to what we wanted, answered any questions and created the blueprint for the space we desired. His responsiveness and ability to answer all of our questions helped in selecting this company. Gheorghe C. the project manager, was very communicative and detailed. We received a weekly schedule, a feedback form (which basically asked us how the project was going and if we had any questions or concerns), we could text, email or call with any questions at anytime and we would get answers. Gheorghe was very easy to work with and he made sure that things were running smoothly. Shanae the interior designer, was friendly, helpful, professional and a great communicator. During our first interaction, Shanae was able to show us paint and carpet samples, making it easy to select the look that we wanted. Shanae was available to answer any questions and would confirm our choices (paint, carpet, door knobs, trim, etc.) to make sure that we were on the same page. She was a delight to work with! Jeovanni was very instrumental in the project as well. He and the team made sure that the work area was organized, neat and clean during each phase of the renovation. We are extremely happy with the final result and would confidently recommend Basement Remodeling to anyone looking for high-quality, reliable basement remodeling services.
