I went in with my original phone for repair and waited 2 months I ordered my parts cause there were asking alot so they told me it was working and since it was unlocked I guess they switched my phone cause my screen protector missing the frame was not the same the bottom looks rotten and its clearly not my phone I feel very upset after waiting for months and ordered parts for it now they called me back and told me now its not a good board after telling me it was fixed now its not but they definitely shady scamy business there running after spending hundreds with them and they did me dirty bad business the phone is clearly not mines I wouldn't go there anymore they loss a great customer one person told me its in Kissimmee location then in chickasaw location now why take it to Kissimmee if I dropped it off on chickasaw location makes no sense if you don't have a password put one and don't give them the password they scammed me after telling me it was working shady business the girl in the Kissimmee location and chickasaw location working in the front named Aisha was bad business and over charging me point is this is not my phone so be careful with them people the tech guy is shady and so is the girl Aisha in the front also shady she looks nice don't let looks fool u be careful what you bring there all u get is headaches I lost a great phone and with all my information kids pictures and got another phone that definitelys not mine heads up to everyone that reads this horrible phone store I basically horrible service and shady also her name is Aisha and shady white boy with glasses u know when you see him were are my parts I ordered look what they gave me back to me!! The parts all different and are not my parts as you see in the pictures it's clearly not my phone be careful with you information I wouldn't trust them after cops came i told them all wanted my original phone back the owner that drives black Benz name use useof how ever you pronounce his name was also shady was very rude and didn't want to hear me out and put a trespassing on me cause they know that they switched my phone after the police got in the car he came outside and told me to take his number after he put trespassing on me makes no sense 🤔 and told me he was going to help me find my phone witch was a lie after waiting another week after waiting 2 months already frustrating and gave me excuses witch is bad business and told me to please 🙏 the take my review off that's all he was worried about just gave me a run around after trespassing on customer that paid $330 for a screen for a android note 9 and switching my note 20 with my son's pictures all I had of him just horrible business be careful I left proof of my new parts my part had one part that's orange and as you see in the picture its black and rusty parts and the parts were corroded they wont help you just witch your parts be very careful and the owner and Aisha thinks just they drive high end cars thinks he right its not about a car its about bad business I leave the messages he sent me on pictures how he fooled me so don't be fooled from these people they make money from you in a hour from your half weeks pay you work hard for lock your phone from these people or you might not get you phone back loss my son's baby pictures and all my information very bad business lost every cause there greed stay away or you might lose everything been a week and excuses after excuses horrible how do I have 2 parts cause they took my phone I had never ordered that part don't go there they will take your parts even my pen is gone horrible service

Been here couple times for my galaxy S23 ultra past 6ish months and they were able to fix the phone on the spot not needing to wait for parts. Friendly staff and fast workers for the jobs I had them do. Fastest job (today) less then hour and longest job around hour and half ball park it. Prices are better then other places I went to for estimates. Would highly recommend this place if you looking for quick fix to make your phone last until upgrade time, or even if you just want to keep your phone running like new if you don't want to upgrade

I thought my phones were done for but they brought them back to life ❤️ this place was only place open everyday so made getting my phones fixed on a Sunday quick and easy and they gave me a really good price for both phones together. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Best best best 🤩

I wouldn’t say I don’t recommend this place but I feel kinda taken aback. When I first called I was quoted about 200-250 for OEM replacement on the back glass. When I said I wasn’t interested and informed him of the price I was interested in he said they can match that. I asked if they closed at 11:30 PM he said that’s correct. I got there at 7:05 PM and I asked them about the OEM replacement and they complete disregarded that portion and just quoted me $150. They also informed me there that they close @ 8:00 PM and that they’d need at least an hour-hour and a half. She asked if I could come back the next day and what would be the time. I informed her I would shoot for 6-6:30 as I leave work at 6:30. My job allowed me to leave early and I arrived there at 6:30. She was able to get it rushed too the back she informed me come back at 7:45. I came back around 7:50-55 as I assumed they may had needed more time. I went in and I reviewed the phone. The back glass wasn’t flush too the device and I was also informed the device will no longer be water resistant IPX67 which is super frustrating as I upgraded my phone to avoid these issues that I’ve had previously with water and my phone. The job was very sloppy and rushed as I feel since I approached at closing time my job wasn’t taken with high quality and care which is frustrating as I worked at many jobs but my quality doesn’t decrease because we’re about to close. I am paying $150 for this and the expectation should be a quality job. Scratched my frame up badly which sucks because I was trying to keep this phone as like new as possible for future upgrades… I never took my case off ever. I’m a younger type of guy and I don’t take too well with this type of quality of work as I totally feel this replacement could’ve been done DIY but the cost of the tools wouldn’t make sense. Nonetheless as a business owner and a person who does tons of research into these types of things I wouldn’t let this fly. I wouldn’t give the customer a device with glue residue still on it. There shouldn’t be scratches on the frame as you can use a plastic pick to pry the glass out. Update: after looking at the photos in the reviews which I should’ve done before trusting the number of good reviews other customers have the same issues on their phones, glue residue, and scratched frames… I may just be a stickler for this but if I’m paying $150 which is nearly my daily wage then I expect quality and care for the device… call me crazy but this is how I feel. Outcome: rear glass fixed, frame all scratched up (see photos attached), and glue residue still on the frame (I was told I could just take some alcohol to remove it… oh— thanks.) Update 2 days after getting phone fixed. While putting phone case on and ensuring all corners are flush the back glass broke. I will update afterwards but I’m totally unhappy. They’re unwilling to work with me. They want me to spend an additional $90 to fix some of the damages that they have broke. I mentioned the scratch frame and the manager recommended that I spend $90 additional to pay for a new frame and a new back glass for him to replace it. I wouldn’t trust it if this was the last place on earth to have a store who fixes iPhones. I’ve given them more than enough ample time to figure out what they’re going to do with helping me resolve this issue. I will be taking this matter to small claims court. In additionally, sending a demand to the owner in reference to this matter. This is totally unacceptable coming from a consumer and a business owner side. I would never promise a customer excellent work while knowing that I’m putting out this type of work.
