Will not recommend. Product is not good. Installer puts imperfect cabinets without inspecting them or like the office secretary Liz said “ he must have nicked that cabinet with one of his tool” and told me to use crayon to fill damage in, doors with imperfections, jammed nails into baseboards, trim wasn’t placed at the finish of a job, misaligned cabinets ( later Liz wrote me that my floors were uneven and I had a picture to show her that they were not) and has too many excuses at the end of the job which doesn’t excuse him from leaving misaligned cabinets and installing damaged ones. I had so many frames, cabinet doors and cabinets replaced which put me out of kitchen for good 5 months. After he came in second time they emailed me that he won’t come back to fix anything else and I need to find someone else. Michelle did not inspect anything with me saying she didn’t want to wake me up, didn’t want to pay me for other installer to rebuild damaged cabinet that Josh tried to fix by fixing one side but the other side ended chipped. I found more issues and I got some cabinets shipped but every one of them was damaged. I still have a visible scratch on one door. Michelle told me on the phone: “ your just impossible, naggy, nit picky, …. What else do you want from us Julia. Tell me.” She took 550 of my bill after we went into yelling match between each other. God forbid you complain about product, work, need change it will change their attitude towards you. If you ever complain and only dead customers don’t because I guarantee you will have so many issues with them I will come back here and see same patterns! Once you pay most money you are in for a ride of your life. I had an installer of 20 years come and he said it’s a 4/10 product. If you had better experience it’s because you aren’t single and they can’t get away with talking bad to you or dragging you through the woods of their insecurities (careless installation, bad product, stress, deadlines, taking everything personal and trying to take no responsibility for anything) or you haven’t looked at your cabinets very well yet. They can totally bad mouth you to counter install company they recommended to you so that company can also bully you some more and also take no responsibility for damages they did. We are not building fake kitchen for a show set. When we pay that much money we want something we will enjoy. They allowed themselves to put me down and not complete a job to my satisfaction ( I’m still putting caulking where the trim meets the floor cuz it sinks between floor and trim. I still have doors with scratches. )
