I went to phone ninjas today, after considering using the Apple care warranty or just supporting local so that I don't have to do the crazy options Apple has for me. First off, both gentleman were extremely kind. They were willing to troubleshoot what they think the problem is before getting into it so they could quote me. After inspection, and troubleshooting turns out I will have to deal with Apple care and one thing is I respect their honesty. Someone who is not willing to break a warranty because there just isn't enough outside knowledge of the issue and cares enough to say, "I hate turning people away who want to do business local but..." honesty is more important. So thank you to both of you gentleman for being honest, and if I have future issues that your business can help with I will definitely be back. Highly recommend at least checking them out to see if they can or can not help you :)
