I can’t say enough good things about the experience I had here. My old phone was unfortunately broken, and I was really stressed about losing all my information. The guys were incredibly professional, respectful, and patient from start to finish. They took the time to recommend a better phone that truly fit my needs and made the entire transfer process, save from a few hiccoughs, smooth and worry-free. Everything from my old phone was transferred carefully, and they explained things in a way that was easy to understand. It’s clear they genuinely care about helping their customers and doing the job right. I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable service

Disappointed with my experience in Best Buy - I was walking through the mall and thought "Why not ask" when I saw Phone-n-Fix. I had a USB storage device that had broken in half - it held 15 years worth of work for 3 different organizations. Super polite and informative the representative in store was awesome! He took a moment to try himself and then said his boss could handle it better but it would be a couple of days. Admittedly, I was a bit timid to pay up front for the fix, especially when it was not guaranteed to work, however when he explained many people ask for the work and never come back (omg, Not my plan at all) I understood. It was worth it! He fixed my drive and even made me a copy (I supplied the extra USB storage device). Completely happy with the service and will definitely go back if the need arises. Thank you!!
