Serviceman was out, came back when parts came in. Worked on it, left but washer is still doing the same thing it did when we first called. Have called twice and left voice-mail. We are still waiting for a call back. We are so surprised. We have been a customer of Karl's for years and they have always been so good!!
Lonnie's expertise & professionalism is outstanding. My NEW Bosch dishwasher already had a couple problems. Lonnie knew exactly how to fix it. It took time but he fixed it with great understanding of how the appliance worked. Thanks Lonnie.
