High Grade Concrete & Excavation

Recently had a walkway and concrete pad poured at our house in Orchard Mesa, aka GJ. Very good pour, concrete was properly leveled/sloped and finishing work was first-rate. Nice crisp and clean stress joints and the edge work was superb They covered up the fencing and side of the house as not to get concrete spattered around. The team did a good job in cleaning up after the fact and followed up to ensure the job was to my satisfaction. Workers were skilled. I would use them again. A+ communications as the project progressed! They even came back and rehung the fence gate as it had to be raised. Competitive/favorable pricing.

I sent in a request for estimate on a Friday 9/13 and finally got my estimate 10/2. After getting the back and forth and me having to consistently reach out to them, you’d think they were paying me to do this job. Went through two estimators and same old “we’ll get back to you” or “we will have your estimate in the morning”. I’m sure there reason(there always is) like computer not working and people out sick but why did I have to be the one to reach out when something was not getting followed up on. *note they did reach out a few times which was nice but only after I contacted them* At this point I didn’t care what it cost, just wanted to get the job done. Was able to find another company that was able to accomplish in 48 hours what took High Grade 14 business days to do. On the plus side they were all nice, just rather them not get back to me at all then give me the run around.
