I went in because I forgot the lock screen password on my phone and he told me it was an easy fix. I went to the provider store first and they told me that there was no way to fix it except to remember the password. Phone Medic fixed it in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely be recommending and using them when I need phone help!! Thank you so much!

Outstanding Service from Jayven! Jayven truly embodies excellent customer service — friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I came into the store around 3:30 PM on 10/13 because my phone wasn’t charging. I suspected debris in the charging port, and thankfully, that was the issue. Jayven quickly and skillfully cleaned it out, explaining that the service normally costs $15. Since I was waiting for payday, I offered to come back and pay later, but Jayven kindly declined and helped me anyway. That small act of generosity meant a lot, and it showed genuine care for customers. This is absolutely a store I’ll always return to for any future phone issues.

This place is amazing super cute and cozy! Nice plushies! Curtis is by far the best representative I’ve ever had. Curtis was very kind and sweet told me everything I needed to know talked to me for a little he really made my day.
