Unfortunately I did not like the service here, I took my phone here for water damage a couple months ago i asked the gentleman to please make sure EVERYTHING was fine the price didn’t matter, After a couple days my phone would over heat and turn off So i brought it in again. My first red flag should’ve been when i was talking to the lady about my concerns she was not paying attention to me at all, Instead her attention was to another customer walking up while i was explaining what was wrong with my phone. When it was time to pick up my phone I was told the reason for my phone turning off and over heating was because it was a aftermarket screen not a OEM… A simple google search tells you iphones do not like anything after market, They won’t accept it. So instead of giving me my options the first time around they took it upon themselves to add a Aftermarket one. I still had to pay half for the original screen, I took it in today because my screen is popping up the gentleman told me it was because of my battery that it was inflating. I asked how much it will be they told me they charged 165 but they can give me a discount of 135… the battery itself cost 30 dollars on amazon, i got a quote from another party 85$… I was under the impression my whole phone was checked out since the younger gentleman told me he was going to run my phone under a laser or a ray to make sure there was not any further damage but there clearly is. It hurts my heart genuinely leaving a bad review on a small business but after paying almost close to 600$ I expected my phone to be thoroughly checked. Maybe they missed it the first time but the second time? I recommend to get quotes from different places or if you do decide to get it here please make sure you are being 1000% clear and get a invoice of everything that was done to the phone.
