Laptop plus mobile devices

(Espanol debajo) Javier made me pay $75 for a problem he failed to fix. My laptop was not properly charging. The charger head was loose within the laptop's charging port. Javier said I needed a new motherboard, and the cost would be $75. I agreed to pay $75 for him to install a new motherboard. But, after installation, my laptop was still not charging properly. I returned to the store. Javier used his own charger to see if it charged properly, and it did. So, the problem was with my charger, not my motherboard. I asked to be given a charger since I already paid $75 for the problem to be fixed. He refused to give me a charger, and grew angry as I attempted to persuade him. As I began to walk out of the store dissatisfied, he said he would reinstall my old motherboard into my laptop. This would have left me paying $75 for my old motherboard. The end result is that I have a new motherboard that I do not need, and my laptop still does not charge properly. Javier me hizo que le pagara $75 por un problema que el fallo en reparar.
