Excellent service from start to finish. He answered the phone quickly and took the time to clearly answer all of my questions before I came in. Once I arrived, my phone was fixed fast, professionally, and at a very fair price with no overcharging or upselling. Honest, efficient, and reliable. I highly recommend this place for phone repairs.
You will not find a more honest and transparent service in town than the Spring Mountain Smart Fix. Very clear up front about what might be salvageable and what probably wouldn’t be. Laid out every option and price point for our consideration with no pressure. Willing to go whatever route we thought best for our budget. Absolutely killer customer service!! The turn around time was quick and we could never be happier. Thanks!!!
Sergio was AWESOME. Besides having the lowest price out of all the places I called, none of the other people I spoke to were as helpful and friendly as Sergio. He kept me updated throughout the process and had the phone back a day earlier than I was told. Good as new!
Sergio is the absolute best ever. His customer service is outstanding as well as his repair skills. I had dropped my phone in the club and the screen was broken but it didn’t work anymore. I learned abour Smart Fix through Google on my husband’s phone and I called them. Sergio was so friendly already over the phone and super helpful. A few hours later we walked in and he fixed my phone within 15/20 minutes. He did amazing and every company needs to have a Sergio! (Or many:)) THANKS A LOT!
I had a great experience at this iPad repair shop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They quickly fixed a small issue for me and didn’t even charge for it — so generous and kind! The service was fast, honest, and professional. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs iPad repairs or tech help.
